Casa Budo Terms & Conditions

When you make a booking with us, you accept the following terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and your guests. You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. Your booking at Casa Budo is confirmed once we have issued a booking confirmation.

Payment

Deposit: 50% of the total amount is required upon booking. The reservation is only confirmed once payment has been received in our bank account.
Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% must be paid one month before arrival. Failure to do so may result in cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Guest Policy

Casa Budo accommodates up to 2 adults (1 bedroom) and optionally 1 child on the sofa bed.
Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval from the host.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking

Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Smoke detectors are installed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted by email. The following cancellation fees apply:

  • 90+ days before arrival: 100% refund (excluding €30 administration fee)

  • 30–89 days before arrival: 50% refund

  • Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund

Cancellations due to reasons covered by your travel insurance must be claimed directly with your insurer.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is the guest’s responsibility. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or medical expenses.

Booking Modifications

We will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking, but this is not always possible.
All changes must be submitted in writing.

Subletting

Subletting is strictly prohibited, as is hosting unregistered guests. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of the stay without compensation.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 14:00 (2:00 PM)

  • Check-out: By 11:00 (AM)

Keys are located in a key safe by the front door. The code will be provided before arrival.

Cleaning & Damage

The apartment will be handed over clean. Guests are expected to leave it in the same condition.
Any damage caused by you or your guests will be charged accordingly.

Construction & Noise

Construction or noise may occur in or around the complex. We have no control over this and cannot offer compensation.

Complaints

Please report any issues during your stay so we can resolve them as quickly as possible.
